A co-determination model for cooperatives

In this workshop we will be asking whether cooperative boards could benefit from Germany’s co-determination model. This is the model that has been embedded in the German economy for the last 60 years – and has helped create a remarkable alignment between employees and employers. We’d like to explore whether this model could work for creating alignment in Cooperative Boards.
