Farm Story We began farming free range pigs for a paddock to plate solution to a local gap in the market in 2011. We started off with no land, just a small peppercorn lease on parents farm. We grew our herd and eventually bought our our own land farming it free range and without any chemical or fertiliser use and started an on-farm butchery in 2013. We started regeneratively farming in 2020 and now also produce eggs, beef and heritage breed table chicken. We still do our own butchery but in a purpose built facility in Barham where we also help other farmers with their butchering, distribution and smallgoods production.
