Here at ORICoop we have some champion farms, with a strong history and expertise of regenerative and organic farming in their blood. They are keen to hear from men and women, young and mature, that are interested in growing food, working hard and enjoying the co-benefits and lifestyle choices of organic and regenerative farming. To produce food in an environmentally friendly manner, without the need for harmful synthetic chemicals, pesticides or herbicides. And to manage profitable, leading edge organic and regenerative farms that produces healthy food while enhancing the planet.

We encourage you to gain as much experience you can in farming and business through volunteering, getting to know your local farmers, or completing extension courses in your spare time. We strongly support practical on-farm learning opportunities, and long term career pathways. We are an organisation that believes in a fair day’s work = a fair day’s pay. We expect farms to adhere to the fair and ethical treatment and payment of all farm workers, staff and partners. All applicants need to be permitted to work in Australia and in the region of the farm.
ORICoop Organic Producer Scholarships
We have released the first organic producer scholarships.
The Scholarships include on-farm learning, mentoring, practical skills, and knowledge through the year. They are tailored to organic and biodynamic agriculture and are funded by businesses, organisations and people across the organic industry.
