Pioneer Organic Farmer for nearly 40 years on a rich red volcanic soil plateau farm at Mooral Creek surrounded by secure diverse National Park. We first started with market gardening potatoes, garlic, pumpkins, corn and Roma tomatoes and then moved into Avocado, citrus fruit and nut orchards. The first farm is being restored after the 2019 fires with new avocado plantings. A second organic farm on the Comboyne Plateau is now in its 11th year of development. With 2250 avocado trees planted it will be in full production with in the next 1-2 years. A 3rd farm has been purchased in the same Comboyne Plateau area and is now fully certified organic and has 250 avocado trees planted on it. Now in the 1st stages of succession inheritance farming with my 2 sons Carl and Joey.
