I raise grass-fed and finished beef cattle on my parent's farm in the Buckland Valley, NE Victoria. In the shadow of Mt Buffalo our Belted Galloway cattle are raised according to organic and agroecological principles, and all animals are finished on pasture. Our goals are to enhance ecosystem processes and build soil organic carbon. Our beef is sold direct-to-market via a collective of other like-minded producers.
